About me

I am a professor at Universidad de Costa Rica. I got my PhD from Colorado State University in 2019, under the supervision of Dr. Rachel Pries. My reasearch focuses mainly on arithmetic geometry and curves over finite fields. I am also very interested in math education, specially at the undergraduate level. I obtained my Bachelors in Mathematics Teaching at Universidad de Costa Rica.
